Our penetrating chemistry is the best sealer choice if you are looking for a natural matte appearance without changing the surface properties. It also makes for an excellent base coat when applying topcoat finishes - whether it's painting or adding our Eco-Poly Sealer and Finish for sheen and surface barrier enhancement - while reducing your carbon footprint at the same time!

The advanced bio-based sealer technology is meant for unsealed new or old porous surfaces that have been properly prepared and cleaned. Use our sealant for concrete floors, driveways, wood decks, saltillo tile, tile grout, block walls, pavers, & plaster finishes. It also is an ideal base coat if applying our Eco-Poly Sealer to integrally seal before applying the topcoats for better coverage.

Acri-Soy is quick and easy to apply. You may use a high-quality brush, microfiber mop, lambswool applicator, pump, airless or HVLP sprayer. Apply 1 to 2 coats. You only need to fill the pores. Do not create a topical film. After the first coat dries, test repellency by splashing a little water. If the water sits on the surface and does not darken, one coat is sufficient. If not, apply a 2nd coat.

This concrete sealer is not intended to be applied on dense non-porous or sealed surfaces. See Eco-Poly Sealer as an alternative. For best results, prepare unsealed new and old concrete with Eco-Etch Pro to remove any loose finish layer, concrete dust, or efflorescence and to optimize porosity. Degrease clean then allow to dry.

This wood sealer is not intended for very dense woods such as Ipe without testing and it should not be applied over existing sealers. See Eco-Poly Sealer as an alternative. For best results, always prepare the wood with thorough degreasing and/or by sanding to desired finish after repairing scratches, divots, etc. using a paintable filler where necessary. Allow the surface to dry completely.

This brick paver and natural stone tile sealer is not intended to be applied on dense non-porous, honed, or sealed surfaces. See Eco-Poly Sealer as an alternative. If your paver or tile is very porous such as Saltillo Tile, you will most likely require a minimum of two coats. Always prepare the surface by removing all contaminants and bond breakers by degreasing.
