Concrete Sealer Outdoor - Concentrate Makes 5 Gallons

Product Description:

BEEST CS-9500 is a contractor-grade concrete sealer that offers ultimate protection for your surfaces. This concentrated, industrial water-based silane/siloxane formula is designed to repel moisture and safeguard your concrete, brick, and masonry surfaces. The high-active formula is UV stable, has smaller active particles for deep penetration, and lasts 50% longer than other siloxane sealers, providing years of worry-free protection.

How to Apply:

1. Clean the surface to be coated by scrubbing and/or pressure washing, ensuring the surface is clean and free of all contaminants and cleaning residue. Allow the surface to completely dry before application.
2. Mix the CS-9500 Concentrate with 4 gallons of water to make 5 gallons of ready-to-use sealer. Be sure to mix the sealer and water thoroughly, and agitate the product during use to ensure proper consistency.
3. Always apply to a small area to test porosity and to ensure compatibility and desired results.
4. Protect areas and surfaces not intended to be sealed.
5. Using a sprayer, brush, or roller, apply a thin, even coat to the surface, rolling out any drips or puddles for consistent coverage. Allow 5-10 minutes for the first coat to penetrate before applying a second coat. Less material will be needed for the second coat.
6. Clean equipment using mild soap and warm water. Sealer will stain clothing, and dried material can be cleaned using mineral spirits.

Notes:

• Apply only when surface and air temperatures are between 45°F and 85°F during application and 8 hours after.
• Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours of application.
• Do not apply if temperature will drop below 32°F or if dew will settle before the sealer is allowed to dry.
• Allow newly poured concrete 4 weeks to cure before applying a sealer.
• CS-9500 will not bond any loose sand in paver joints, but will cause any loose sand to stick to the roller and may be spread across the pavers with the sealer. If your paver joints have loose sand, it is recommended to use a sprayer for application.
