Advance Seal Concrete Sealer - 5 gal - Water-Reducible Acrylic - UV Stable - Interior Floors
Active Elements – Advance Seal is a water-reducible acrylic emulsion based on hard polymers with ultra-small particle size, providing excellent substrate penetration and durability for the coating. The material exhibits excellent UV stability and will not chalk or yellow. For interior floors where a depth of color and moderate gloss is desired, Advance Seal is the perfect solution. To offer added protection on high-traffic floors, Advance Seal can be topped with Active Elements – Protect & Shine, creating a sacrificial barrier.
The coverage rate of Advance Seal is 100 - 200 square feet per gallon. Light foot traffic can be permitted after 4 hours, and the product will be fully cured within 72 hours. The coverage variations depend on the porosity of the concrete surface and the amount of material applied.
Advance Seal brings out the depth of color with a moderate gloss, making it suitable for interior concrete sealing in commercial, residential, and retail settings. The water-based formulation ensures excellent UV stability, further enhancing the long-term performance of the product.
