Concrete Coatings SuperSeal 20WB, a water-based, low-VOC, non-flammable, and non-hazardous acrylic sealer, is designed for interior and exterior applications. It can be used on bare concrete as a sealing and dust-proofing compound, and can be applied by rolling or spraying without the use of a primer.

SuperSeal 20WB is perfect when you want a softer matte or semi-gloss finish, or simply don't want those flammable sealers or those that emit solvent fumes. It can be used in a variety of settings, including schools, apartments, offices, and restaurants, on both horizontal and vertical, interior and exterior, freshly placed and aged concrete.

Application and Usage: To apply, use a low-pressure spray, short-nap roller, or lamb's wool applicator to create a continuous, uniform film. For curing, only 1 coat is necessary, applied as soon as possible after final finishing. To seal and dustproof, 2 coats must be applied at the recommended rates, with the second application done when all trades are completed, and the site is ready for occupancy.

SuperSeal 20WB applied at 40 to 50° F (4 to 10° C) or Super Seal 2000 applied below 50° F (4 to 10° C) may retain a white appearance for extended periods, depending on temperature variations. This condition should be temporary, as warmer temperatures will allow the material to dry and clear.

Important Considerations: Do not use on surfaces to receive concrete overlays or additional toppings, coatings, sealers, or ceramic tile without proper surface preparation. Do not use in areas that require resistance to solvents. Do not subject to rain or water until it dries completely, and do not apply in highly humid conditions. For maximum life expectancy, routinely sweep and wash floors with appropriate cleaners and detergents.
