It penetrates deep into the substrate, where it chemically reacts to form a barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. This long-lasting sealer won't change the look or color of the substrate and won't leave a visible surface film.

The Armor SX5000 WB should be applied to a clean, dry surface. Proper surface preparation is essential for optimal performance. It can be reapplied over surfaces previously treated with Silane-Siloxane sealers, but not over film-forming sealers or coatings.

Coverage rates range from 175-225 square feet per gallon, depending on the porosity of the surface. Two coats are typically recommended for even coverage and appearance, although some less porous surfaces may only require one coat.

The Armor SX5000 WB offers the same benefits and performance as the solvent-based Armor SX5000, but in a water-based formulation. The choice between the two will depend on the user's preference for a water-based or solvent-based sealer.
