To apply, first prep the surface by removing dirt, oil, stains, etc., and filling any cracks. Using a foam brush, hand-pump sprayer, or airless sprayer, apply the sealer to a dry surface with less than 25% moisture (coats may vary per substrate) to maximize absorption, and let the coating cure. Clean up any overspray with a clean damp cloth.
