Unlike most water repellents, this product's vapor transmission abilities allow for long-term product and substrate performance, enabling substrates to cure and preventing moisture from becoming trapped, which can lead to rapid degradation.

Eco Advance Concrete/Masonry Siloxane Waterproofer - 1 Gallon

This easy-to-use spray-on formula provides long-lasting protection for virtually any concrete/masonry surface, including concrete, brick, masonry, natural stone, artificial stone, pavers, stucco, and split-face block. Similar to the wood waterproofer, this product's vapor transmission abilities allow for long-term performance and prevent moisture from becoming trapped, which can lead to rapid degradation of the substrate.

Both the exterior wood and concrete/masonry waterproofers are ready-to-use commercial-grade formulas that can be applied using a standard garden pump sprayer. These water-based, non-toxic, and non-flammable formulas protect surfaces against water damage, oil, stains, mold, mildew, de-icing salts, and pool/spa chemicals, without harming landscape plantings. The vapor-permeable (breathable) waterproofers can be used on new wood and concrete/masonry surfaces.
